Where are Al Dossary Stores located?

We have more than 10 retail stores across the country. Walk-ins are always welcome and no appointments are necessary. Our sales associates will definitely help you with this. Visit our store locator to see a complete list of our locations.

 

What are your store hours? 

Al Dossary Stores hours may vary by location: 

REGULAR HOURS

(Morning): 08:30 am-Dhuhr Prayer, (Evening): 4 pm-9pm.

Friday: Closed

Jeddah

Are all of your products in stock?

Many of our products are available within our warehouses. However, product quantities may vary by product and retail location. Out of stock products can be reordered through our stores. Items displayed on the website are available items with the exact quantities.

 

Do you offer tile samples?

Yes, samples of all of our tile products are available in-stores and some are available online and you can buy the minimum amount as a sample.

 

Do you offer tile installation services?

No, Al Dossary Stores doesn’t offer tile installation services. The installation should be done by assured contractors.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returned products but should not exceed 20% from the invoice amount within 30 days of invoice date. We deduct 10% from the invoice amount as transportation and labor charges and the items should be delivered to the nearest warehouse from the client along with the original invoice. Al Dossary Stores has the right to decline the return of products if the condition of the product will not allow us to offer it for sale again.

We don’t accept the return of products that is out of stock, ones we stop selling in our stores and the discontinued items from the manufacturer.

If the client asks for invoice return within 30 days Al Dossay Stores has the right to deduct 10% from the invoice amount.

Al Dossary stores pays the return amount within 10 days.

 

How do I prevent tile from breaking during transit?

For best results, speak with your sales representative for specific instructions about your order.

 

What are your shipping options?

We do offer door delivery for all purchased items within 6 - 10 days from the purchase of products, depending on the availability of products in the client city warehouse. The delivery will be all items in one delivery. The delivery is free for all invoice more than 4000 SR.

 

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes you do, for security reasons, it is necessary to get a signature for you items, unless specific delivery instructions are given in writing to leave them somewhere. If the tiles are left, Al Dossary Stores do not accept any further liability for the tiles.

 

How many extra tiles should I order?
We recommend that you allow an extra 10% for wastage and cuts for your order and to secure getting out of stock.
